Old Enough To Know Better Puppets
For young kids trapped in old bodies
The Replica Gallery.
Check out these familiar faces from my replica builds.

Animal.
As it was the idea of building a replica of Animal that started me building puppets and in essence the idea behind the company, it was only right that I do him justice.
Hundreds of ostrich feathers were individually attached to the head to give Animal his well known wild haired look.
Animal has had a few different appearances over the years and this version falls somewhere between the mid 80s version and the latest version.
Boober Fraggle.
Everyone's favourite pessimistic moaner. Boober was my favourite Fraggle as a kid, so he was obviously on my list of replicas.
Rather than being made with Antron Fleece, Boober's face, arms and legs were made from Tilda fleece, which is a little more wiry but hides seams just as well.

Kermit The Frog.
Well. What needs to be said here?
Kermit is probably the one muppet that every puppet builder wants in their collection. To not have him is like a mashup of blasphemy, sacrilege and treason.
Kermit is the foundation of the modern puppet nation and it is hard to believe that without him and the man behind him, that many of us would be doing what we do.
Like Boober, this Kermit was not made with Antron but was actually made with regular polar fleece. WIth a little extra time and effort, the seams are barely visable.
Floyd Pepper.
Guitarist of the Electric Mayhem, Floyd is a cool dude with his quite unique eyes and mass of hair.
With his Sergeant Pepper outfit, Floyd's clothes took almost as long to create as the rest of him put together, although the large amount of facial hair was almost as testing as on Animal.

Cookie Monster.
Sesame Street's resident baked goods lover, Cookie Monster may just be a bag of fabric with eyes, but he is quite difficult to get shaped right.
Cookie is a great two person puppet, even if he is a strain on the vocal chords.
Count Von Count.
Number loving Count Von Count is another of the iconic Sesames Street crew.
His constant counting is often offputting and hilarious at the same time.
I thought it would be good for the Count to have a unique inner cape, and on seeing the alphabet and number fabric seemed too good not to use.

Queen Elsa.
It seems that everyone wants a piece of this girl, so it seemed like a good idea to create a puppet rendition of her.
With her trademark hair, flowing cape and sparkling icy dress, Elsa was built over a few months between orders and made use of a completely new "human" head pattern I created and modified for her.
Check out her Let It Go video on our video page.
Dr Bunsen Honeydew.
The Muppet's resident scientist, who with sidekick Beaker causes chaos in almost everything he touches.
Redered here as a live hand puppet, complete with lab coat, Bunsen is the latest replica added to our collection.
